Educational purpose

The SHYNE Academy provides educational and professional-development content. Programs are intended to support learning and skill development and are educational in nature.

Eligibility and use of the website

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a program. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Program purchases and pricing

• All prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Ethical Sales & Revenue Strategy is priced at $297 USD, which includes the first year of certification.
• Prices may change, but changes will not affect a purchase already completed.
• Applicable taxes, currency conversion and bank fees may apply and are your responsibility.

Payment

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Access to a program is provided once payment has been successfully received.

Digital product delivery

Programs are digital products delivered online. Access details are provided after purchase. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device.

Digital product — all sales are final

Because programs are digital products that can be accessed immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review program details carefully, and contact us with any questions, before purchasing.

Accounts and access

Where a program requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

Assessment and certification

• Certification as an Ethical Sales & Revenue Strategist requires successful completion of the program and its required assessment.
• The passing standard is a minimum score of 70%. Unlimited assessment attempts are available.
• Certification is earned, not automatic with purchase.
• The first year of certification is included in the purchase price.
• After the first year, certification may be maintained through an annual renewal of $49 USD. Renewal keeps your certification current; if it is not renewed, the certification is no longer considered active, though your completion of the program remains a matter of record.
• The credential recognises completion of CPD-accredited professional development. It is not a government licence, a regulated professional designation or an academic degree.

Intellectual property and copyright

All program materials, content, frameworks (including The SHYNE Academy's proprietary 7C Framework), text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to DMs to Dollars and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Prohibited reproduction and distribution

You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from program materials, or share them with others, without prior written permission.

Program and website availability

We aim to keep the website and programs available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or change content, and may modify or discontinue programs, while acting reasonably toward existing learners.

Educational information limitations

Content is general educational information and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, employment or other regulated professional advice. No professional-advice relationship is created. See the Disclaimer & Disclosures.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any income, revenue, sales, business success, employment or financial outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, implementation, market conditions and circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DMs to Dollars and The SHYNE Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or programs. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DMs to Dollars against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of program materials, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
